About the Role
You will work on high-impact strategy projects across fintech. You will develop pricing and monetization recommendations, design customer lifetime value initiatives, evaluate investment and partnership opportunities, pressure-test strategies, and turn analysis into clear actions that align stakeholders and drive execution.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of full-time work experience
- Relevant fintech and/or strategy experience
- Experience in top-tier strategy consulting is highly preferred
- Above-average past performance ratings
- Business acumen and the ability to synthesize complex information
- No prior knowledge of crypto, tokenized assets, or predictions is required
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic fee structures and monetization models for products
- Design campaigns to optimize customer lifetime value, acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Evaluate potential fintech investment and partnership targets and deliver strategic points of view
- Develop strategic initiatives and pressure-test existing strategies
- Simplify complex business problems into actionable solutions
- Translate strategic thinking into immediate business actions and align stakeholders
