About the Role

You will partner with stakeholders to turn business needs into clear AI use cases, success criteria, and business cases. You will analyze workflows and data, research vendors, compare build-versus-buy options, establish deployment baselines, track adoption and ROI, and prepare concise materials for senior leaders.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product strategy, transformation, or similar analytical individual-contributor roles
• Fluency with modern AI and generative AI concepts and enterprise productivity tools
• Experience structuring ambiguous business problems and delivering data-informed recommendations
• Ability to analyze operational and business metrics using Excel, Sheets, BI tools, or similar tools
• Ability to develop narratives, business cases, and recommendation documents from stakeholder input and data
• Experience working cross-functionally on technology-enabled change
• Strong written communication for senior non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous stakeholder requests into problem statements, AI hypotheses, and success criteria
• Map workflows and quantify pain points and potential AI impact
• Define use-case scope, requirements, and business value with technical partners
• Build business cases comparing options
• Conduct market research and evaluate vendors
• Establish pre-deployment baselines and post-deployment metrics
• Create dashboards to track adoption and value
• Draft business cases, evaluation summaries, and ROI updates
• Monitor usage and outcome data against baselines
• Use feedback and outcomes to inform training, messaging, and iteration priorities
