About the Role
You will work across engineering and applied research to build agent harnesses and systems for high-stakes work. You will develop action and decision models, improve execution environments, create secure permission architectures, and design data representations for agent-environment interactions.
Requirements
- Foundational familiarity with the AI systems stack
- Proficiency in Python
- Significant experience in harness engineering, agent skills and plugin architectures, model training and reinforcement learning, or browser technologies
- Technical intuition and focus on user experience
