About the Role
You will provide hands-on architectural leadership for enterprise AI systems supporting Internal Audit. You will design and operate scalable AI platforms, lead orchestration and RAG implementation, establish LLMOps and MLOps practices, embed governance controls, and translate audit challenges into production-ready AI use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise software or data platforms
- 3+ years focused on AI or ML solutions
- Hands-on experience with large language models and modern AI frameworks
- Strong background in Azure or AWS and microservices-based architectures
- Experience operationalizing AI systems with MLOps or LLMOps tooling and practices
- Understanding of data engineering, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to design systems with security, privacy, and regulatory considerations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled Internal Audit platforms
- Define reusable architectural patterns for conversational, generative, predictive, and continuous-auditing use cases
- Lead the design and implementation of AI orchestration frameworks
- Design RAG workflows, guardrails, validation layers, and hallucination-mitigation techniques
- Define model-selection, evaluation, and benchmarking frameworks
- Lead delivery of production-ready AI systems, APIs, orchestration pipelines, and enterprise integrations
- Establish LLMOps and MLOps practices
- Embed AI governance and model-risk management into system design
- Implement safeguards for data privacy, security, bias detection, explainability, and auditability
- Translate audit and risk challenges into high-impact AI use cases
- Guide experimentation and proof of concepts toward production
