About the Role

You will plan, execute, and deliver Hivemind Enterprise software releases. You will lead simulation-based test automation and test operations from CI through hardware-in-the-loop and flight testing. You will manage plans, risks, resources, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of experience in program management, engineering management, or software test engineering
• Experience testing complex software and integrated hardware/software systems
• Experience with release management and software test operations
• Technical knowledge of test engineering, software development, and software development lifecycle optimization
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Jira or work management tool proficiency

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex Hivemind Enterprise software releases
• Lead simulation-based test automation initiatives for autonomy software
• Lead test operations from continuous integration through hardware-in-the-loop and flight testing
• Define test scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage project completion
• Communicate program status, challenges, and accomplishments to stakeholders
• Improve program management processes, tools, and methodologies
• Facilitate technical prioritization and trade-off decisions
