About the Role

Own the introduction of the Vera Rubin GPU generation from chip vendor engagement through first customer cluster delivery, defining the NPI engagement model, commissioning gates, cross-SKU dependencies, portfolio decisions, TPM processes, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • Generation-level GPU architecture fluency
  • Deep software and firmware lifecycle knowledge
  • Networking and storage expertise
  • Direct NVIDIA or OEM certification and validation experience
  • Daily use of AI tools for program outcomes
  • 12+ years of Technical Program Manager experience
  • Experience owning NPI programs end-to-end
  • Ability to define NPI engagement models from scratch
  • Portfolio-level ownership across parallel programs
  • Ability to drive VP and SVP-level alignment without formal authority
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Own the Vera Rubin generation introduction end-to-end
  • Define the NPI engagement model for a new GPU generation
  • Lead NPI Phase 0 on the Cloud TPM side
  • Set firmware and DOCA targets
  • Define commissioning gate criteria
  • Create the DRI matrix
  • Publish the node allocation plan
  • Manage cross-SKU dependencies
  • Maintain portfolio-level situational awareness
  • Integrate infrastructure economics into program decisions
  • Evolve the Site Operations PM to Cloud TPM engagement model
  • Partner with VP and SVP stakeholders
  • Develop leading indicators and portfolio visibility
  • Coach Staff and Senior TPMs
  • Drive AI tool adoption across the TPM team
