About the Role

You will coordinate multiple development teams and provide technical oversight for system-level hardware deliverables. You will plan milestones, risks, and execution, coordinate hardware and manufacturing disciplines, manage deliverables through the product lifecycle, identify mitigations, support program reviews, and resolve cross-functional issues with internal teams and ODM partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of project engineering experience or an appropriate level of experience
  • Strong understanding of digital and mixed-signal electronic systems
  • Experience working with ODMs, contract manufacturers, or external engineering partners
  • Strong hardware background
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
  • International and domestic travel as needed
  • Experience with server, networking, embedded, AI/ML hardware, or data center platforms is desirable
  • Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing ramp activities is desirable
  • Experience with schematic review and PCB design fundamentals is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project milestones, risks, and execution plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, mechanical, electrical, firmware, BIOS, BMC, signal integrity, thermal, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations
  • Manage development engineering deliverables through each product lifecycle phase
  • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support program reviews with status reporting and data-driven decisions
  • Coordinate issue resolution across engineering organizations
  • Work directly with ODM partners
