About the Role
You will provide technical strategy and architectural direction across security domains. You will identify high impact problems build and operate production systems establish foundations for AI security align priorities across engineering groups mentor engineers and stay close to production environments.
Requirements
- Proven technical leadership at organizational scale
- Ability to establish technical direction and drive strategy without formal authority
- Deep expertise in IAM or cryptography
- Breadth across cloud infrastructure platform and detection and response security
- Hands on experience designing building operating and maintaining production systems
- Ability to identify unstructured technical problems and create actionable roadmaps
- Outstanding communication skills
- Track record of mentoring junior and senior engineers
- Hands on experience securing AI infrastructure LLM integrations or agentic automation frameworks is preferred
Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy and architectural direction across security domains
- Establish security foundations for AI technologies and agentic use cases
- Identify and drive cross cutting initiatives across infrastructure cloud identity and detection systems
- Write code and ship production systems
- Partner with engineering managers and senior technical leaders
- Align priorities tradeoffs and roadmaps across teams
- Mentor engineers and provide architectural guidance
- Maintain operational proximity to production environments
