About the Role
You will serve as a security-domain technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts. You will identify high-value security use cases, guide customers from discovery through deployment, develop reusable technical resources, run hands-on workshops, support partners, and feed field insights into product and engineering work.
Requirements
- 5+ years in security roles
- Hands-on expertise in at least two security domains
- Technical customer-facing experience or experience securing leadership investment
- Experience with large enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
- Python
- CI/CD
- Cloud environments
- Experience using LLMs for security work
Responsibilities
- Understand customer security programs and develop technical plans and business cases
- Advise strategic enterprise accounts from discovery through deployment
- Develop sustained security workloads for application security, penetration testing, alert triage, and threat intelligence
- Build reference implementations, harnesses, and evaluation approaches
- Run customer workshops and hands-on sessions
- Enable partners to deliver Claude-powered security outcomes
- Track workload adoption and support telemetry development
- Write reusable security playbooks and best practices
- Develop reference customers
- Stay current on LLM security capabilities, vulnerabilities, and attacks
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
