About the Role
You will build a data platform and capability factory for training and deploying robot capabilities. You will manage large-scale datasets, design data pipelines and compute infrastructure, ensure data quality, develop warehouse and BI solutions, collaborate on MLOps workflows, and uphold data-management standards.

- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Backend engineering for production APIs and services
- Data engineering at petabyte scale
- Batch and streaming processing

Responsibilities
- Build an internal capability platform for teaching robots new skills
- Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale robot-training datasets
- Design and operate scalable data pipelines and compute infrastructure
- Ensure training-data quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Collaborate on MLOps and evaluation workflows
- Build data warehouse solutions and BI dashboards
- Establish data-management practices for versioning, access control, security, and compliance
