You will own the Ray Data product roadmap, balancing open-source feature development with commercial differentiation. You will work with customers, users, engineering, field teams, and product marketing to grow adoption, improve developer experience, shape market positioning, and support strategic customer engagements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with technical products
• Technical background in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or data processing
• Experience working with developer and enterprise audiences
• Strategic thinking and ability to balance competing priorities and stakeholder needs
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area
• Experience with open-source products and commercial monetization strategies
• Background in ML tooling, data infrastructure, or developer tools

Responsibilities

• Drive the Ray Data product roadmap
• Balance open-source feature development with commercial differentiation
• Drive open-source adoption through community growth, developer experience, and ecosystem integrations
• Develop market positioning, field enablement, and competitive analysis with Product Marketing
• Drive customer engagements with sales and field engineering
• Define product strategy and communicate it to stakeholders
