About the Role

Own the build-out of an Operations Automation and Cloud Management Platform, integrating multi-cloud provider APIs and Terraform, developing CMDB and orchestration systems, applying AI and LLMs to cloud operations, building ChatOps capabilities, and maintaining secure RESTful and gRPC interfaces and SDKs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with multi-cloud resource management, Aliyun, AWS, Azure, cloud provider APIs, or Terraform.
• Strong API design and system integration skills with an understanding of distributed architecture.
• Experience designing or developing CMDB, orchestration engines, or event centers.
• Knowledge of AI and LLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong code-quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the Operations Automation and Cloud Management Platform.
• Build full-lifecycle management capabilities for multi-cloud resources.
• Integrate Aliyun, AWS, Azure, and Terraform for provisioning, configuration, and cost optimization.
• Develop CMDB, Event Center, orchestration engines, workflow engines, task schedulers, and approval mechanisms.
• Apply AI and LLMs to orchestration, risk assessment, capacity prediction, and cost prediction.
• Build an intelligent operations assistant for cloud resource operations and ticket handling.
• Design and maintain RESTful and gRPC interfaces and SDKs.
• Participate in platform security and operations using OIDC, IAM, RBAC, and audit controls.
