About the Role

You will define and implement runtime architecture for hardware initialization, execution, scheduling, synchronization, memory movement, and resource management. You will build low-level components, analyze bottlenecks across the hardware and software stack, and improve latency, throughput, scalability, and reliability through hands-on design, coding, bring-up, and debugging.

Requirements

  • Expert C or C++ engineering experience designing performance-critical systems
  • Experience working close to hardware in low-level, embedded, bare-metal, or accelerator environments
  • Knowledge of command execution, scheduling, synchronization, memory movement, resource management, and parallelism
  • Experience debugging and optimizing systems at the hardware and software boundary
  • Technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring experience
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology

Responsibilities

  • Define runtime architecture for execution, scheduling, synchronization, and resource management
  • Build low-level runtime components that initialize hardware IP and dispatch work
  • Design runtime interfaces and data-movement paths
  • Coordinate dependencies and manage resources efficiently
  • Analyze hardware and software bottlenecks and improve latency, throughput, scalability, and reliability
  • Translate workload needs into runtime improvements
  • Perform design, coding, performance analysis, bring-up, and debugging
