About the Role
You will own architecture and design for large-scale internal platform systems, define long-term technical roadmaps, lead platform modernization, improve scalability and reliability, collaborate with stakeholders, champion AI automation, and mentor senior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering
- Deep Java expertise
- Extensive large-scale distributed systems experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Technical leadership experience at scale
- Architecture ownership across complex cross-team platform delivery
- Expertise in Kafka, RocketMQ, Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Spring and Spring Boot
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Bilingual Mandarin and English
Responsibilities
- Own and drive architecture and design for large-scale internal platform systems
- Define and influence the long-term technical roadmap
- Lead platform modernization initiatives
- Reduce technical debt and improve reliability
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Business stakeholders
