About the Role
You will define and evaluate trust and safety metrics, build analytical models and methodologies for platform safety, and run experiments that measure the impact of policy and product changes. You will partner with product and engineering to size opportunities, shape the roadmap, and strengthen data foundations.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of data science or related analytical experience
- Trust and safety, spam, fraud, integrity, or policy-adjacent machine learning experience
- SQL

Responsibilities
- Define and evaluate trust and safety ecosystem metrics
- Analyze and build models, algorithms, and methodologies for bot detection, content filtering, and copyright detection
- Design and run experiments measuring the impact of trust and safety changes
- Turn experiment results into clear recommendations
- Partner with product and engineering to size opportunities and shape the trust and safety roadmap
