About the Role
You will lead technical pre-sales engagements, understand complex client requirements, design integration architectures, and build proofs of concept. You will demonstrate the platform and APIs, create integration documentation and reference architectures, run integration testing and training, troubleshoot issues, and advise clients on implementation timelines and challenges.
Requirements
- Professional experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
- Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven experience customizing API-based SaaS products including implementation, testing, and launch
- Comfortable scripting in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks
- High initiative and a proactive approach to identifying improvements
- Bonus: experience in AI development
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for clients from requirements to design, customization, integration, testing, and training
- Act as the technical consultant during discovery calls and document complex technical requirements
- Design technical architectures and propose business processes to meet client needs
- Present APIs and provide detailed implementation guidance and timelines
- Develop and maintain API integration documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshoot integration issues
- Cultivate relationships with technical stakeholders throughout the integration process
- Stay current with product features and advocate for necessary enhancements
