About the Role
You will build custom API and MCP integration workflows, configure and ship enterprise solutions, and support customers and platform partners through production deployment. You will create reference implementations and documentation and contribute integration insights to product planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production API integrations
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and error handling
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
- Experience implementing technical solutions directly with enterprise customers
- Technical communication and developer documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Build custom workflows and reference implementations using the API, MCP connectors, and automation platforms
- Configure, test, document, and ship integrations with engineering
- Architect integration workflows with enterprise customers and lead technical security and compliance conversations
- Support strategic API partners by scoping integrations, resolving technical issues, and driving production deployment
- Create reference implementations, solution blueprints, and sample code
- Support marketplace listings, security reviews, certification, and co-marketing processes
