About the Role
You will own technical customer relationships from discovery through architecture, integration planning, launch, and tuning. You will build proofs of concept using TypeScript, Python, SDKs, and customer systems. You will debug live customer issues, document reproducible problems, write reference architectures and reusable patterns, and turn recurring customer needs into product improvements.

Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery, architecture, integration planning, launch, and tuning
- Build end-to-end proofs of concept
- Debug customer issues using development tools, logs, reproductions, notebooks, and GitHub issues
- Write reference architectures and reusable code patterns
- Partner on enterprise roadmap improvements based on customer pain points
- Automate customer workflows
