About the Role
This fully remote Senior Software Engineer role is for a candidate based in LATAM. The engineer will work on zerohash's crypto and stablecoin infrastructure platform, building resilient and scalable event-driven microservices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in the FinTech space
- Resourceful, humble, and scrappy get-it-done mindset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Deep proficiency with Golang
- Understanding of SQL and database schema design
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to independently test hypotheses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience at a banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service business preferred
- Experience with digital assets preferred
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of software in an event-driven microservices environment
- Develop microservices in Golang
- Work with platform engineers to set up new services
- Respond to production issues and alerts
- Communicate directly with client technical teams when necessary
