About the Role

You will design and deliver distributed systems that improve financial crime control efficiency. You will anticipate technical risks lead system design discussions mentor engineers collaborate across domains build data integrations work autonomously and improve engineering processes. You will also help teams use AI tooling effectively.

Requirements

At least 3 years of backend experience
Track record designing and delivering complex systems at scale
Expertise in event-driven architecture and distributed systems
Experience with cloud technologies
Experience with Go is advantageous
Interest in AI and familiarity with solutions such as OpenAI
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

Design and deliver complex distributed systems
