About the Role
Architect and implement the Solver network powering intent-driven cross-chain execution, including algorithms, execution strategies, infrastructure, performance optimization, and cryptoeconomic models for solver participation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in distributed systems or large-scale infrastructure
- Experience with high-performance networking
- Familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain execution frameworks, or cryptoeconomics
- Fluency in Typescript and Go; experience in Rust is a plus
- Proven ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams
- Ability to abstract complexity and drive problems to resolution
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Design and build the Solver framework
- Architect algorithms and execution strategies for solver competition and quote aggregation
- Lead code and design reviews and make high-impact architectural decisions
- Collaborate with product, research, and ecosystem partners
- Ensure low-latency high-throughput execution across chains
- Design incentive structures and cryptoeconomic models
- Prototype and implement complex technical solutions while remaining hands-on
