About the Role
You will design, build, and operate backend services, APIs, integrations, and operational tooling for robot-enabled products. You will build orchestration and state-management services, improve reliability through testing and observability, participate in on-call support, and lead technical reviews.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with robotics, ML, and product teams to define software requirements
- Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs
- Own integrations between multi-agent systems, cloud infrastructure, tooling, and robot-facing interfaces
- Build orchestration and state-management services for long-running processes
- Improve reliability and scalability through testing, observability, incident response, and performance tuning
- Produce high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code
- Mentor engineers and improve team processes and technical standards
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning sessions
- Join an on-call rotation and resolve production issues
