About the Role
Join Ripple's Liquidity team to help scale its treasury platform using Azure services, resilient cloud architecture, rigorous testing, observability, and modern software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of application development experience
- Experience with modern cloud architecture and deployment practices
- Ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
- Experience with Azure Services
- Deep knowledge of .NET and C#
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- Deep software engineering experience in distributed systems
Responsibilities
- Leverage Azure services to craft scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly resilient cloud-based solutions
- Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional performance and security testing
- Implement observability to derive application insights and performance data
- Mentor fellow engineers and lead technical design and code evaluations
- Enhance team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices
- Participate in on-call pager rotation as part of the you-build-it-you-run-it model
