About the Role

Join Ripple's Liquidity team to help scale its treasury platform using Azure services, resilient cloud architecture, rigorous testing, observability, and modern software engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of application development experience
  • Experience with modern cloud architecture and deployment practices
  • Ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
  • Experience with Azure Services
  • Deep knowledge of .NET and C#
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps
  • Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
  • Deep software engineering experience in distributed systems

Responsibilities

  • Leverage Azure services to craft scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly resilient cloud-based solutions
  • Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional performance and security testing
  • Implement observability to derive application insights and performance data
  • Mentor fellow engineers and lead technical design and code evaluations
  • Enhance team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices
  • Participate in on-call pager rotation as part of the you-build-it-you-run-it model
