About the Role
You design, build, and test infrastructure for risk products. You lead complex projects from technical design through rollout, scale Ruby on Rails and TypeScript/React applications, provide technical expertise, communicate project progress, mentor engineers, improve technical quality, participate in on-call rotations, and resolve reliability, security, and performance incidents.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Experience applying AI tools to development, testing, and documentation
- Production-quality code and architecture experience
- End-to-end project ownership

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test risk infrastructure
- Lead projects from technical design through rollout
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Operations
