About the Role
You design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve software using AWS infrastructure. You build LLM- and AI-agent systems for compliance workflows, develop scalable distributed platforms, propose solutions to data and workflow problems, manage project deliverables, review code, and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency working and coding with LLMs and agents
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and graph theory
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of data integrity at scale
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Experience building high-performance, highly available distributed systems
- Familiarity with critical 24x7 systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve software solutions using AWS infrastructure
- Architect and build systems using LLMs and AI agents to automate compliance workflows
- Build high-performance distributed platforms for large data throughput
- Propose technical solutions for data quality and workflow challenges
