About the Role
You will design and build systems for customers to configure, train, test, and monitor AI agents. You will own features from architecture through deployment and iteration, collaborate on product discovery and design, develop monitoring and analytics, and evaluate text and voice models for production use.
Requirements
- 4+ years building software products
- Python proficiency
- Full-stack engineering experience
- Experience translating complex technical capabilities into usable interfaces
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and complex-system failure modes
- Ability to debug deep technology stacks
- Ability to turn customer requests into well-scoped product and technical specifications
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluations, or AI-agent systems
- Experience with developer tools, APIs, platforms, or customer-facing internal tools
- Experience with observability, data visualization, or analytics products
- Experience with authentication and data-access controls
- Experience with multimodal or voice models
Responsibilities
- Build self-service functionality for AI-agent configuration, training, and deployment
- Design usable configuration abstractions for diverse enterprise use cases
- Build AI-powered tooling for CX and operations teams to manage agent workflows without code
- Build monitoring, tracing, and analytics that identify agent failures
- Operate agentic systems at scale for critical enterprise workflows
- Evaluate text and voice models and integrate winning models into production traffic
