About the Role
You will own the technical architecture and development of the web platform, including content flows, CMS evolution, component systems, GTM instrumentation, localization, SEO, and AEO work. You will also develop, deploy, evaluate, and optimize AI agents for marketing use cases, establish guardrails and human-review workflows, and provide product feedback based on deployments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development, web development, AI/ML engineering, or growth engineering experience
- Experience with application code, APIs, data, and infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Node, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
- Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering
- Understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Ability to scope ambiguous requests and explain technical tradeoffs to marketers
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture and development of cresta.com
- Set the technical vision for the website stack and CMS
- Build interactive web experiences and maintain the component system
- Own forms, gated content, event tracking, and attribution instrumentation
- Build localization foundations including locale routing, URL architecture, and hreflang
- Establish engineering practices for reliable delivery
- Ship technical work supporting SEO and AEO programs
- Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents for marketing use cases
- Take AI agents from prototype to production with evaluation criteria, guardrails, and human review
- Provide product and engineering feedback based on production deployments
