About the Role

You will design, architect, and deliver major AI-enabled product features used by healthcare providers. You will own strategic initiatives from experience design through production release, anticipate and resolve system bottlenecks, improve core components, and help maintain high standards for code quality and engineering processes. You will work across the stack to ship reliable experiences for clinicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience solving zero-to-one software engineering problems across multiple teams
• Strong product instinct and focus on end-user experience
• Experience with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Postgres, and Docker
• Ability to own execution from inception through successful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Design and architect major AI-enabled product features
• Anticipate system bottlenecks and re-architect key components proactively
• Lead strategically valuable product initiatives while accelerating iteration and preventing technical debt
• Maintain high code-quality standards
• Develop engineering processes that support high-quality delivery
