About the Role
You will lead the design and end-to-end delivery of institutional financial systems, from specification through production and on-call support. You will author technical designs, make failure states and recovery explicit, shape technical architecture, advocate for correctness and risk controls, review designs and code, and mentor engineers.

- Advocate for reliability, correctness, and risk-control work
- Conduct design-focused code reviews and mentor engineers
- Serve as a technical point of contact for partner teams
- Participate in an on-call rotation
