About the Role
You will own the platform's enterprise access layer, including sign-on, authorization, provisioning, delegated identity, and access governance. You will build scalable, auditable controls that enable administrators to manage access across their organizations.
Requirements
- 4+ years building backend systems with significant identity, authentication, or authorization experience
- Depth in OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, token exchange, and multi-tenant RBAC
- Experience building or owning enterprise SSO and identity systems
- Python and modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI
- Knowledge of identity-provider architecture and enterprise authentication patterns
Responsibilities
- Deliver SSO using OIDC and SAML
- Build role-based access control with fine-grained query-time enforcement
- Deliver SCIM provisioning and directory synchronization
- Build token exchange, on-behalf-of flows, service accounts, and domain-wide delegation
- Build entitlements, session and token management, and auditable access controls
