About the Role

You will build infrastructure for a large-scale platform. You may develop foundational infrastructure across regions and cloud providers, create cloud-agnostic abstractions, and develop tools and processes that improve engineering efficiency, including developer environments, release pipelines, and test automation.

Requirements

  • BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field
  • 6+ years of production experience with Python, Java, Scala, C++, or a similar language
  • Experience developing large-scale distributed systems from scratch
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or service-oriented architectures
  • Proficiency with Java, Scala, Go, or another backend language
  • Experience developing and operating backend systems
  • Ability to contribute across design, development, implementation, and operations

Responsibilities

  • Build foundational infrastructure platforms across geographic regions and cloud providers
  • Implement cloud-agnostic infrastructure abstractions
  • Develop tools and processes that improve engineering efficiency
  • Improve developer environments, release pipelines, and test automation frameworks
