About the Role
You will own revenue targets, pipeline, and closed business for Canadian enterprise accounts. You will develop territory strategy, prospect and qualify opportunities, build executive relationships, lead proposals and sales campaigns, work with channel partners, maintain CRM data, deliver business reviews, and represent the business at customer and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Must be based in Canada or willing to relocate
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% across Canada
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed revenue targets, pipeline, and closed business for assigned Canadian accounts
- Develop and execute a territory strategy for large enterprise, Top Fortune, SLED, and government opportunities
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and channel partners
- Conduct discovery and new-business meetings and qualify opportunities
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprise organizations
- Deliver proposals and lead sales campaigns from first contact through close
- Collaborate with resellers, channel partners, and internal teams to co-sell and expand opportunities
- Maintain CRM hygiene, manage sales activity, and deliver weekly reports and quarterly business reviews
- Represent Starlink at customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events across Canada
