About the Role
You will perform NGS library QC, pooling, and sequencing across multiple platforms. You will coordinate sequencing projects, guide users on workflows and troubleshooting, improve LIMS and production procedures, maintain schedules and SOPs, present results, and support routine laboratory operations.
Requirements
- BS or MS in genomics, molecular biology, biochemistry, biology, or a related field
- BS with 4+ years or MS with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Molecular biology and QC technique experience
- Nucleic acid extraction, purification, and quantification experience
- PCR, RT-PCR, and qPCR experience
- NGS workflow and Illumina instrumentation expertise
- Organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Responsibilities
