About the Role
You will process and review customer transaction documents received through scan and electronic channels. You will determine document status, research required customer data, route and index transactions, monitor work queues, support process improvements, and assist with complex processing issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year of transaction-processing experience in a professional fast-paced corporate environment
- High-speed keying aptitude
- Knowledge of Fidelity and Inbound applications, preferably HyperScience or ICS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Access
- Strong organizational, customer service, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a risk-controlled environment
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and work effectively in a team
Responsibilities
- Process and review customer-supplied transaction documents
- Determine in-good-order or not-in-good-order status
- Research customer data for routing, indexing, and image retrieval
- Route documents by transaction type and workflow queue
- Assist team members with complex processing issues and training
- Monitor processing queues for accurate and timely transaction completion
- Recommend workflow and business-process improvements
- Complete end-of-day queue reviews
- Track time and processing-volume data
