About the Role
You will support new bank onboarding by gathering, organizing, securely packaging, and submitting KYC and corporate documents. You will maintain the onboarding tracker, coordinate responses and document requests with banking partners, and help identify bottlenecks and create a standardized onboarding checklist.
Requirements
- Be in the final semester of or be a fresh graduate from a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
- Manage multiple document checklists and deadlines across banking partners
- Communicate professionally in writing and verbally
- Use Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Demonstrate familiarity with KYC, AML, or corporate compliance concepts
- Have prior internship or coursework experience in corporate treasury, banking operations, or legal or compliance administration
Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering, organizing, securely packaging, and submitting KYC and corporate documents for new bank account setups
- Maintain and update the bank onboarding tracker daily
- Facilitate communication with banking partners and fulfill requests for signatures or missing files
- Identify onboarding workflow bottlenecks and help build a standardized bank onboarding checklist
