About the Role
You will manage and develop a team of technology recruiters while shaping global talent acquisition strategy. You will partner with senior leaders, improve recruiting processes, use people data to identify trends, lead recruiting initiatives, and strengthen candidate assessment and experience.
Requirements
- 12+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced global matrixed organization
- 6+ years of experience leading teams
- Full-cycle recruitment experience focused on passive technology candidates
- Experience leading global recruiting projects and change management
- Experience creating and driving technology recruiting strategies
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience driving efficiency and cultural alignment
- Work authorization in the United States without the need for new visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Manage mentor and develop a team of recruiters
- Create and drive technology talent acquisition strategy
- Partner with technology and product leaders on hiring strategy
- Lead recruiting projects involving data process improvement DEI rewards employer branding and candidate experience
- Use people data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives
- Ensure hiring quality aligns with organizational values and culture
