About the Role
You will own end-to-end recruiting for Finance, Legal, and Business Strategy roles. You will partner with leaders to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and interview processes; manage candidates through offer close; provide market and funnel insights; and improve recruiting operations with recruiting partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of G&A recruiting experience in high-growth technology environments
- Relationship-building with leadership and hiring teams
- Experience designing interview processes and hiring strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Data-driven hiring strategy expertise
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle strategic recruiting across G&A organizations
- Partner with executives and leaders to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and interview processes
- Manage the candidate journey from sourcing handoff through offer stage
- Provide market intelligence, funnel metrics, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with sourcers, coordinators, and recruiters to streamline processes
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders using data-driven insights
