About the Role
You will own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing strategy through close. You will build recruiting processes and programs, partner with research and engineering leaders on hiring needs, engage frontier technical talent, improve candidate experience, use AI-enabled recruiting workflows, and organize talent events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience supporting technical, AI, or research teams
- Experience hiring frontier AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers
- Ability to understand and evaluate software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning qualifications
- Knowledge of current AI technologies and research communities
- Experience building recruiting automation, sourcing analytics, or AI-assisted recruiting workflows
- An existing network in the NYC technical and research community
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and run recruiting processes and programs
- Develop long-term strategies to identify, engage, and recruit frontier technical talent
- Use AI agents to improve sourcing, outreach, scheduling, note-taking, and feedback collection
- Partner with hiring managers and interviewers on hiring needs and qualifications
- Optimize the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build employer brand within technical, research, and science communities
- Identify, attend, and organize in-person talent events
- Develop and execute experimental recruiting ideas
