About the Role
You will lead India government and commercial proposal development from planning through closeout. You will manage contributors and deliverables, coordinate reviews, write technical content, improve proposal processes, and support customer briefings, meetings, demonstrations, and GTM events.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of Government of India, Indian Ministry of Defence, or international government proposal development or BD operations experience
- Alternatively, 3+ years of experience with Government of India or international government requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with proposal methodologies, compliance matrices, and project management tools and processes
- Technical writing skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas orally and in writing
- Leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Manage proposal and deliverable development priorities
- Lead proposal execution from pre-RFP planning through submission and closeout
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver compliant submissions on schedule
- Improve proposal processes, tools, templates, and practices
- Mentor proposal contributors
- Develop customer briefings and presentations
- Support customer meetings, demonstrations, and GTM events
- Provide support to BD Ops and GTM leadership
