About the Role
You will lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation projects from charter through go-live and hypercare. You will maintain integrated plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, dependency trackers, RACI matrices, and executive reporting. You will coordinate business, IT, integration, data, testing, deployment, vendor, and finance stakeholders; manage risks and blockers; run governance forums; track budgets and forecasts; and support cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading ERP programs or large enterprise transformation initiatives
- Experience leading Oracle Fusion ERP projects or related Oracle ERP transformation programs
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with an integrated schedule and clear accountability
- Understanding of ERP delivery lifecycles including planning, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization
- Understanding of technical concepts, integration dependencies, environment readiness, data migration risks, and testing implications
- Project management expertise in scope, scheduling, RAID management, dependency tracking, status reporting, and governance
- Experience working with executive sponsors, business process owners, IT leaders, vendors, and systems integrators
- Communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Local to the Bay Area and willing to commute to San Mateo, California
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and transformation programs
- Manage concurrent workstreams and maintain an integrated project plan
- Build and maintain schedules, milestone plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, RACI matrices, and executive status reports
- Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, systems integrators, and vendors
- Facilitate planning, requirements, fit-gap, and workstream checkpoint sessions
- Drive governance routines, executive updates, decision forums, and escalations
- Manage schedules, critical paths, overdue actions, and cross-workstream blockers
- Coordinate integrations, reporting, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities
- Track budgets, forecasts, variances, and go-live readiness
- Manage vendor and systems integrator performance against commitments
