About the Role
You will own end-to-end Command Center training, including onboarding, refresher, remediation, and train-the-trainer programs. You will direct instructional developers, maintain curriculum against SOPs and operational changes, translate software and role changes into training, run qualification checkpoints, and report readiness and coverage gaps.
Requirements
- 6+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or training program management
- 3+ years owning a training portfolio for a safety-critical operational population or line of business
- Experience building qualification or certification programs that gate authorization to work
- Experience maintaining curriculum against controlled documentation with version control and audit readiness
- Experience directing instructional developers or contractors
- Experience influencing manager- and director-level stakeholders
- LMS administration and completion and compliance reporting experience
- Knowledge of an instructional design methodology such as ADDIE or SAM
- Ability to scope and resequence curriculum for changing roles and technology
Responsibilities
- Own the Command Center training portfolio and qualification checkpoint
- Direct instructional developers and set instructional design and trainer-qualification standards
- Maintain curriculum against SOPs, tools, alerts, and operational thresholds
- Translate software changes and role redesigns into training
- Represent human-performance considerations for remote-monitoring roles
- Report qualification status, time-to-competency, and coverage gaps
