About the Role

You will develop and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned with program schedules. You will prepare performance metrics, support earned value management activities, validate estimates, coordinate with finance and program stakeholders, and improve cost-control reporting, processes, and tools.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning experience in aerospace, defense, or a similarly complex technical environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience in program cost control, performance measurement, and earned value analysis
  • Familiarity with corporate finance planning cycles, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, cost reporting tools, and Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance
  • U.S. Person status and eligibility to obtain required export authorizations

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts
  • Support Performance Measurement Baselines and Integrated Baseline Reviews
  • Prepare program performance metrics, variance analyses, and Estimates at Completion
  • Integrate program cost and schedule data with the Program Controls Scheduler
  • Align program reporting and forecasting with corporate finance planning
  • Develop and validate Estimates to Complete with program stakeholders
  • Monitor and report performance through metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis
  • Prepare cost volumes, Basis of Estimate documents, and proposal planning inputs
  • Support internal and customer-facing program and financial reviews
  • Improve cost-control processes, reporting standards, and tool integrations
  • Support analyst training, EVM policy development, and system implementation
