About the Role
You will build and maintain three-statement models for long-range planning, budgets, and forecasts. You will own forecast and close workstreams, analyze contract economics and infrastructure investments, prepare executive reporting, develop scenarios, and support strategic, financing, and transaction analyses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, corporate development, or a comparable role
- Experience owning three-statement financial models
- Analytical rigor and ability to communicate findings to senior leadership
- Ability to extract economic terms from contracts and transaction documents
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- SQL or comparable data extraction skills
- NetSuite ERP or NSPB, Salesforce, and Google Workspace proficiency
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain driver-based three-statement financial models
- Manage the long-range planning model, assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivities
- Own monthly forecast and close workstreams and produce variance analysis
- Model contract-level economics, unit economics, payback, IRR, and debt service coverage
- Analyze infrastructure contract structures and forecast revenue, margin, and cash
- Prepare management, board, and lender-facing reporting
- Build scenario tools for deployment, contracts, pricing, and capital alternatives
- Support strategic analysis, financing processes, deal evaluation, and corporate development
