About the Role
You will manage accruals, invoice processing, budget tracking, asset records, and financial reporting. You will build forecasting models, analyze costs and variances, support period-close activities, coordinate with operational stakeholders, and prepare reconciled analysis for leadership decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, cost tracking, or asset management
- Knowledge of accrual accounting, receipting, period-close workflows, and budget preparation
- Experience with vendor invoice processing, budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost-center reporting
- Experience with ERP or financial management systems such as SAP or NetSuite
- Financial modeling, Excel modeling, scenario analysis, and data synthesis skills
Responsibilities
- Manage accruals, receipting, period-close activities, and ledger accuracy
- Report accrual gaps, receipting discrepancies, and payment delays with recommended resolutions
- Produce monthly accrual and payment status reports
- Support annual budgeting and track actuals against approved cost-center budgets
- Prepare budget-versus-actual reports and variance narratives
- Validate, code, process, and track vendor invoices
- Maintain asset registers, spare-parts inventory records, and pre-RFS asset baselines
- Build cost forecasts, CapEx/OpEx tracking templates, and scenario analyses
- Analyze cost variances, deployment spending, vendor pricing, and asset lifecycle costs
- Prepare reconciled financial analysis packages for QBRs, board presentations, and leadership forums
