About the Role

You will lead technicians performing avionics and electrical assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and rework. You will manage production plans, readiness, safety, quality, traceability, and configuration compliance. You will use production data to improve operations and coordinate materials, tooling, test equipment, and documentation readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent avionics or aerospace production experience
• 5+ years leading technicians or teams in aerospace, defense, UAS, or advanced manufacturing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead avionics and electrical assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and rework activities
• Assign work and manage workload priorities, coaching, training, and operating plans
• Maintain safety, workmanship, traceability, quality, and configuration-management compliance
• Guide electrical and avionics troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, bills of material, and test procedures
• Use production and test data to identify risks and drive continuous improvement
• Manage prototype and pre-production build schedules and readiness milestones
• Support first-article and pilot builds
• Coordinate production readiness with manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and production planning
