About the Role
You will create and run outbound marketing campaigns, own consultation and self-serve conversion paths, and coordinate paid, brand, event, and lifecycle channels. You will implement a CRM-integrated marketing stack, drive launch readiness, partner across marketing, product, and compliance, and optimize attribution and CAC to LTV.

Responsibilities
- Build and run outbound marketing through LinkedIn, email, and outreach
- Own consultation and self-serve signup conversion paths
- Lead qualification, calendar routing, nurture programs, and channel tests
- Set strategy for paid, brand, event, and lifecycle channels
- Implement a CRM-integrated marketing technology stack
- Drive marketing launch readiness
- Partner with marketing, product, legal, compliance, and Concierge teams
- Build and improve marketing attribution and CAC to LTV efficiency
