About the Role
You will own the technical narrative and content strategy for AlphaSense's complex AI infrastructure and security protocols. You'll translate complex technical capabilities into clear, credible, and usable content for both external technical audiences and internal GTM teams. You'll strategically position, package, and activate technical knowledge to bridge the gap between technical SMEs and GTM execution, ensuring the technical value proposition remains a sustainable competitive edge in every enterprise deal. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Security, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a proven track record of building positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for complex enterprise software or infrastructure solutions
- Comfortable working with APIs, security frameworks (SOC2, encryption), and AI infrastructure concepts
- Experienced in technical content creation, having produced architecture diagrams, security white papers, API and MCP documentation, and technical FAQs
- Ability to effectively partner with and extract knowledge from technical SMEs (Engineering, Security, Product)
- Data-driven and analytically minded, leveraging product adoption data, competitive intelligence, and technical ROI metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with experience delivering technical demos and presentations to CIOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers
- Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with financial services audiences (investment banking, buy-side, private equity, or related) strongly preferred
- Experience in a highly technical role such as software engineering and technical writing strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the technical positioning and messaging for AlphaSense's platform infrastructure and security posture
- Develop compelling narratives that translate complex architectural capabilities into credible, trust-based content for technical buyers such as CTOs and CIOs
- Act as the primary bridge between technical SMEs and GTM teams, designing and managing the workflow for technical content production
- Partner with Thought Leadership and Security/Compliance teams to create high-impact technical thought leadership including blogs, security webpage content, Trust Center assets, and InfoSec documentation
- Partner with Demand Gen and Growth teams to leverage technical content for organic growth and top-of-funnel awareness
- Partner with Enablement to equip Sales, Support, and App Spec teams with technical enablement on core capabilities
- Partner with Competitive Intelligence to contribute to competitive battlecards highlighting technical capabilities
- Conduct research into technical buyer personas and emerging infrastructure trends such as LLM security and data residency
- Partner with Solution Marketing to build targeted programs highlighting security and stability of the platform
- Lead product launches for infrastructure and security-centric releases, ensuring launches include technical FAQs, architecture diagrams, and security white papers
