About the Role
You will own the platform developer experience across firmware, system software, packaging, and updates. You will define and launch a unified CLI, set product priorities and success metrics, manage roadmap and versioning policy, and work with engineering, DevRel, customers, and the open-source community.
Requirements
- Ability to understand firmware, drivers, runtimes, code, and repositories.
- Knowledge of installers, updates, versioning, and error messages.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
Responsibilities
- Unify firmware, system software, packaging, and updates into a coherent platform.
- Own the unified CLI from definition through launch.
- Define command surfaces, installation, packaging, versioning, deprecation policy, telemetry, and coexistence with existing tools.
- Set priorities, direction, and success metrics for technical engineering teams.
- Partner with engineering, DevRel, and customer teams to resolve developer blockers.
- Work with the open-source community to improve developer experience.
