Requirements
- Deep experience launching and managing large-scale global product development cycles with successful outcomes
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Technical expertise
- Experience determining customer needs, running prototypes and iterations, and making data-driven product optimization decisions
- Experience analyzing app traffic and internal data to drive product and growth changes
- Ability to specify product requirements clearly and work with engineers to deliver them
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously
- Ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on schedule
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience building large-scale applications
- Experience building features from concept to implementation
- Experience working in the Blockchain/Web 3.0 space or a strong interest in emerging technologies
- Experience delivering successful projects in a fast-paced, agile development environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of incentive programs for the WOOFi Pro platform
- Optimize user conversion processes and strategies to increase engagement and retention
- Optimize products to meet market demands and provide the best user experience
- Use data analysis to monitor user behavior, identify product improvement opportunities, and measure initiative success
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to improve and innovate product features
- Ensure all stages of product development are completed on time and with high quality
