About the Role
You will lead discovery, planning, design, development, promotion, and launch of DeFi and blockchain products. You will manage product roadmaps, tokenomics, market analysis, user feedback, security priorities, regulatory alignment, community engagement, stakeholder reporting, and product optimization.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a blockchain product manager
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, decentralized applications, crypto, Web3, and tokenomics
- Understanding of DeFi and blockchain user needs
- Experience with market analysis and competitor analysis
- Knowledge of product security measures including multifactor authentication and end-to-end encryption
- Knowledge of token creation, distribution, utility, supply mechanics, use cases, and incentives
- Knowledge of securities laws and anti-money laundering guidelines
- Experience collaborating with legal teams on crypto regulation
- Experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps
- MS in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of security and networking for cloud
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery, scoping, and product launches
- Plan, design, promote, and manage DeFi and blockchain products
- Understand user needs and optimize product features
- Align product strategy with company goals and market trends
- Conduct market analysis of cryptocurrency and blockchain trends
- Create intuitive interfaces for novice and experienced users
- Implement security measures to protect user assets and information
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve product issues
- Monitor product performance and optimize products
- Report on product performance and propose improvements
- Analyze competitor products and tokenomics models
- Design and implement tokenomics models
- Define token attributes, use cases, incentives, and supply mechanics
- Monitor and adjust tokenomics using feedback, market dynamics, and usage patterns
- Ensure token and product designs comply with regulations
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap
- Collect user feedback and iterate on product design
- Define KPIs for token usage, market performance, community engagement, and product success
- Build relationships with token holders, developers, and influencers
- Host events, webinars, and AMAs
- Prepare stakeholder updates and reports
- Write blog posts, whitepapers, and product documentation
- Conduct surveys to inform product iteration
- Track emerging blockchain, tokenomics, and cryptocurrency trends
